Preetha’s extensive background includes roles in organizations like Ramco Systems, Hexaware Technologies, Wipro Technologies, and Standard Chartered Bank. She specializes in areas such as strategy workshops, change management, and skill gap analyses. Preetha holds advanced degrees in HR and Communication Studies and is certified by the International Coach Federation and the International Association of Facilitators.
