Job Title: Sr. Consultant
Reports to: Delivery Head – Advisory Services
Roles and Responsibilities
- Ensure all deliverables are completed accurately and delivered to clients on time
- Act as the SPOC for clients, managing project plans and timelines
- Monitor project progress, identify potential delays, and maintain project momentum by nudging clients as necessary
- Coordinate with external consultants involved in the project to ensure seamless integration and execution
- Maintain strong, positive relationships with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction with deliverables
- Serve as the primary liaison between the client and internal teams, facilitating clear communication and understanding
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure timely invoicing and update on collections
- Manage and track client payments, ensuring timely collections and addressing any payment issues
- Assist the business development team in preparing proposals, quotations and conducting pre-research work for potential clients & new business opportunities
- Work closely with internal teams to align project objectives and ensure cohesive execution
- Provide regular updates on project status, potential risks, and mitigation strategies to relevant stakeholders
- Engage in cross-selling and up-selling with existing clients to generate additional revenue
Desired Candidate Profile
- Candidate should have an MBA specialized in Human Resources and 15 – 20 years of work experience. Candidates with experience in consulting firms and/or consulting roles will be preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven track record of successful project management and client relationship management
- Ability to create excellent presentations and to present them to clients and internal management.
- Strong analytical, logical thinking and planning skills.
- Ability to manage a team of Analyst, Associate Consultants or Consultants based on project requirements.
- Advanced proficiency in using Power Point, Excel and MS Word

Regional Business Head - West
Job Title: Regional Business Head – West
Reports to: Assistant Vice President – Advisory Services
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead business development efforts for HR Advisory services in the assigned region, including identifying potential clients, initiating contact, and nurturing relationships to secure new business opportunities.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share within the region.
- Actively engage in the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation and proposal development to negotiation and contract signing.
- Collaborate closely with the consulting team to tailor solutions and proposals that meet client needs and demonstrate value.
- Drive thought leadership initiatives within the HR Advisory field, positioning the firm as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Manage the sales pipeline effectively, ensuring timely follow-up and conversion of leads into revenue-generating projects.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance visibility and generate business leads.

- Collaborate closely with partners to understand their business objectives and align our services to meet their needs.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize partner engagement and revenue opportunities.
- Identify growth opportunities within existing partner accounts and drive initiatives to expand partnerships.
- Lead the onboarding process for new partners, ensuring a smooth transition and alignment with our services.
- Provide training and resources to partners to enable them to effectively promote and sell our offerings.
