Aravinda’s expertise includes organizational design, talent management, change management, and psychometric solutions. He is currently developing an AI-based job portal and HR solutions. Formerly a visiting faculty member at Alliance University, Aravinda holds multiple certifications, including from SEI Pittsburgh, British Psychological Society, and KPMG UK.
